Tony Ladas - Founder

Tony created untapped talent in 2020 with a mission to bring music, art and philanthropy together in one platform. This inspiration stemmed from a 10-year music career in his hometown of Chicago, resulting in the growth of his network of some of the iconic City’s most talented artists.

Outside of advocating for the growth of his Artists, Tony is the lead singer of the Chicago music groups:

The BirkenRocks  (60’s – Today, Greatest hits cover band)

Julian Romano - Creative Director

Julian has created both video and photo masterpieces for artists like Mt. Joy, Tash Sultana, Dillon Francis, K.Flay, Alesso, Lauv, Yorke Lore, American Authors, and many more. He brings an impressive career in multiple avenues of media: pre-production, production, and post-production.

​His great passion for music has allowed him to work with some of the worlds best talent. He currently is the Multimedia Video Content Specialist for U-Chicago Medicine.
